  • Seminars: Registration for in-person seminars is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events; in such cases, our liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee.

  Shipping & Refund Policy 

  • Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital downloads, these are typically non-refundable once the file has been accessed.

  • Physical Goods: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in original condition.

  • Seminars: Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
